AUDREY MOYSE

Audrey Moyse advises and represents clients in business law disputes and contentious matters, acting for both French and international clients. She assists companies, executives and shareholders in anticipating, managing and resolving disputes, including in the context of complex commercial relationships and pre-litigation proceedings.

Her practice is underpinned by a strong and practical command of French civil procedure, which she applies throughout each matter, from defining the procedural strategy to conducting proceedings before the courts. This allows her to approach procedural issues not merely as technical considerations, but as an integral part of the client’s broader legal and business strategy.

Before joining Solon in 2024, Audrey practised at a French law firm recognised for its litigation and white-collar crime work. Raised in Luxembourg and educated in France, she is particularly comfortable working on matters with an international dimension. She works in French, English, German and Luxembourgish.
